Menu Marketplace uses optional transactional SMS to provide customers with timely information about orders they place through participating businesses.
How customers opt in
Where SMS is offered, a customer enters a mobile number during checkout or in account settings and affirmatively checks an unchecked SMS-consent box before submitting. The consent language is displayed next to that choice. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
By checking the SMS consent box and providing a mobile number, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Menu Marketplace about orders you place, including confirmations, preparation, pickup, and delivery updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message types and frequency
Messages may include order confirmation, order acceptance, preparation status, ready-for-pickup notice, delivery status, cancellation, or other support information directly related to an order. Message frequency varies based on the orders you place and their status. Menu Marketplace does not use this transactional program for unrelated promotional messaging.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call 800-990-5119, or email support@menumarketplace.com. Reply START to resubscribe where supported.
Charges and carrier availability
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability.
Privacy
