This Privacy Policy explains how Menu Marketplace collects, uses, and protects information when customers, participating businesses, and website visitors use our services.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Menu Marketplace, we may collect contact and account information, order and fulfillment details, delivery addresses, business information, support communications, device and usage information, and communication preferences. Payment-card information is handled by authorized payment service providers; Menu Marketplace does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers in its public website.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve online ordering, process and route orders, support pickup and delivery, maintain customer and business accounts, administer rewards, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with law, and send communications requested or authorized by users.

SMS and mobile information

When you separately opt in to transactional SMS, we use your mobile number and consent record to send requested order-related messages, such as order confirmations, preparation updates, pickup notices, and delivery updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Menu Marketplace does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers that help deliver messages, but only as necessary to provide the requested messaging service and subject to appropriate restrictions.

When information may be shared

We may share information with the participating business receiving an order, delivery providers involved in fulfillment, vendors that operate platform services, payment and fraud-prevention providers, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, and legitimate operational purposes.

Your choices

You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP, update communication preferences where available, or contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion requests. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, or transactional purposes.

Children

Menu Marketplace is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
